Shipping Policy 

Please note:  With ongoing pandemic-related delays and closures, orders in  most countries across Asia are expected to arrive within 15 business days from the date of purchase. Orders outside of Asia are expected to take no longer than 38 business days.

A shipping fee will be applied by 3rd party logistics company based on the order.

Shipping Process
Orders in Hong Kong are expected to arrive within 10-14 business days from the date of purchase. Orders across Asia are expected to arrive within 21 business days from the date of purchase. Orders outside of Asia are expected to take no longer than 38 business days.

Please note that shipping business days are considered to be Monday to Friday. Public holidays and weekends are not included.

If you have not received a notification within two weeks of your purchase, please contact us or email  order@reddevils.hk and we will provide you with an update. We will endeavour to resolve any fulfilment and delivery issues immediately and limit the impact on you.

Please note that due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience slightly longer than expected international delivery times. This is dependent upon on location and evolving local government restrictions.  Our estimates reflect our general operations and we thank you in advance for your understanding of possible delays as a result of the pandemic.
